The Business Services Guide was created in response to technical assistance requests from WSO Centers to help develop the job referral feedback mechanism. This guide presents a model for a feedback mechanism that meets the intention of the WSO Operational Standards within the new Business Services flow. This model is yet another option for WSO Centers to use and accompanies feedback mechanisms from Eastern and Lane.
